Return & Refund Policy – Beauty King Cosmetics
1. Returns
- Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong item or a damaged product.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Customers must notify us of a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will only be processed if the product is returned in acceptable condition (unused and undamaged).
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days through bank transfer or another agreed method.
- Shipping charges (PKR 250) are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
- If you received a wrong or defective item, we can replace it with the correct one at no additional cost.
- Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.
4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used products.
- Items purchased on sale or promotion.
- Personal care products that are not in their original condition.

- Contact our support team with your order number, product details, and issue description.
- Provide clear photo or video proof of the damaged/wrong item.
- Our team will guide you through the return or replacement process.
